Warranty

At no charge to the original purchaser, the dealer will repair or replace any product determined to be defective due to workmanship or materials in accordance with the time frames listed below. There are no other warranties expressed or implied other than the following written terms. This warranty can be voided at the dealer’s discretion if the product in question is subject to misuse, alteration, fire, improper cleaning, negligence, accident or if the original purchaser is not in possession of the original receipt . All delivery dates are and product measurements are approximate. THIS WARRANTY APPLIES ONLY TO FURNITURE MANUFACTURED BY CREATE YOUR SOFA.

Frame

Under conditions of normal usage, the frame is warranted to the original purchaser to be free of defects in workmanship and materials for as long as the purchaser owns the furniture.

Suspension

Under conditions of normal usage, the suspension is warranted to the original purchaser to be free of defects in workmanship and materials for as long as the purchaser owns the furniture.

Mechanisms

Under conditions of normal usage, all mechanisms are warranted to the original purchaser to be free of defects in workmanship and materials for 3 years.

Leather

The leather is warranted against splitting and tearing for a period of 5 years. Since leather is a natural product, markings such as scars and variances in dyes lots can occur. Natural markings and variances do not constitute grounds for discounts or refunds of payments.

Shipping:

All furniture ships approximately 2 weeks after the full payment is received and processed.

All prices include freight charges on all furniture purchased through this website if shipped within the continental United States.

"Freight Included" applies to Continental U.S. Curb-Side delivery addresses in the 48 states only, excluding Alaska, Hawaii and Puerto Rico.

Our "Freight Included Charges" include "Curb Side Delivery" only. “Curb Side Delivery” is delivery to the curb at the end of your driveway. Drivers will not carry your items to or into your house, garage, etc. Also, drivers will not assist with unpacking, set-up or clean up.

Please inspect your furniture upon delivery or pick-up. Any claims for damage or defect must be noted on the order at the time of delivery or pick-up.

Refunds

If you are not happy with our furniture you may return it for any reason within 10 days after delivery, provided it is returned in the same condition as it was delivered, and we will refund all your money. If payment was made by credit card, a credit will be issued to the original account. If payment was made by check, there will be a 14-day clearing period. No cash refunds will be made.

Just pack it back in its original or compatible packing and ship it back to us. The return shipping is your responsibility and is not refundable.
